First,  I need to create interesting and suitable program to the children at Home for the Angel. After we decide all the program details within all the member we decide have a first visit to Home for the Angel to discuss with the Person In Charge Joyce Lau. Therefore,I was responsible for allocating enough amount of money to fund our visit to the orphanage home. After we have decided on  the place to visit (Home for the Angels), the logistics department and I did some surveys and calculations to ensure that the cost of transportations were within our budget. Next, with the programme department to discuss about the cost of each activities that will be carried out during our visit to the orphanage. Besides, I also requested for an official letters to ask for donations from the outsiders. Although the donations collected were not much, but it still able to help us a little. We drafted the first programme flow and activities for the proposal before first visit. After the first visit with the Person In Charge, Joyce Lau, we modified some programme flow and activities according to her requirement which is more educational activities. We have changed the game sessions to trading session and science experiment. We distributed our tasks after the proposal is approved. My position is Programme and Protocol, So after the first visit, I need to plan some games with my partner that are suitable for children and give them some lessons. Every planned modification and change touches the whole group. From planning the game to using specific materials is well thought out, I put my childhood game back in my memory, at the same time full of hope to meet with the children. To be frank, I was so surprised that a course that non-academic orientated exist in any university. I was responsible for allocating transportation of our team to Home for The Angels, preparing food for our team members and the children in Home for The Angels. After we were arranged in groups and knew our own members, we had meetings to decide what place to visit. After setting Home for The Angels as our destination, Myra, Li Xin and I who were in the logistics department did some surveys and calculation to sort out the cheapest transportation plan within our budget. We decided to take MRT from the University of Malaya to Kajang, and then take GrabCar to reach there.
